"In the nose the apples are hiding, crisp peppery spices and slightly herbal. Clear fruit, hints of warm spice and a touch of Mediterranean herbs. First thing on the tongue is sweetness but it doesn't derive from apples. Soft mouthfeel. The wood isn't too intense, which allows soft and warm spices to come through and create a kind of elegance.
