"Peaches and blood orange with honey and touches of lemon. These fruits mix with light meadow flowers and touches of brown sugar. Good complexity for a young brandy. Some grape, raisin, prune and vanilla, hint of kola nut and some grapefruit and orange peel. Very pleasant nose, reminds me of VS cognac, with a nice elegant textural mouthfeel. Well done with perfectly balanced alcohol. "

"Delicate floral nose with light fruits of red currents and green apple. The palate is complex with lots of esters and complex sugars. Crystalline brown sugar and hazelnuts. The finish is long and has light ceder notes with oaky undertones."

"Very elegant nose, slightly fruity (mostly apple than grape), warm spices, soft tannins. None of the aromas pushes into the front, everything is very well integrated and balanced. Extremely elegant on the palate as well. The brandy is not too intense but offers layers of aromas to be explored bit by bit. "
