TASTING NOTE:
"Limpid colour, with a greening rim and red-chestnut at the core. Pleasantly light burnt muscovado sugar aromas with dark clove spice and a little liquorice, backed by a light woodsmoke character. Richly flavoured, but not heavy at all on the palate, and there's a distinct note of barley sugar mid-palate. Very soft, almost unctuously appealing style, with additional touches of flamed orange peel adding interest.
